7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Ecuse, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Have proof of purchase or order confirmation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

  • Personal hygiene products (if opened or used).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
